The Train the Trainer program is designed to provide each trainer with a general knowledge of all the requirements to train a commercial driver’s license student. Elite U’s program is structured to give everyone sufficient lectures & lab (co-student training) for the development of the practical skills necessary to effectively train your employees.
As a student of our Train the Trainer program, your trainers will learn:

Our program is absolutely not all classroom time. Depending on the Train the trainer program you choose — our 40-hour on campus training program or our 40-hour livestream program — up to 25% of your training may include hands-on co-training our enrolled students. Your trainers will spend 40 hours in the classroom & range learning everything they need to train your employees on how to adhere to rules and regulations of the FMCSA.
Successful completion of the Train the Trainer program will qualify you to be enrolled as a Registered Trainer Provider through Elite University and access to our curriculum.
